These Terms govern your use of the Sync to DB integration service (the “Service”) operated by Massey Consulting (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.

2. Access and Usage

The Service is provided on a paid subscription basis, with a 14-day free trial. By continuing after the trial, you agree to the recurring fees presented during signup.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. OAuth tokens from Notion and Airtable are stored securely in your Stripe account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Misuse the Service or interfere with its operation
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service
Use it for unlawful purposes

5. Data Access & Revocation

You grant us limited access to your Stripe and Notion or Airtables accounts through OAuth to perform the functions of the Service. You may revoke access at any time.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. No refunds are offered except where required by law.

7. Support

Support is available via email -- please contact dan@massey-consulting.com. We make no guarantees around response times but aim to respond within a reasonable window.

8. Availability

We strive to maintain uptime but provide no guarantees of availability, reliability, or error-free operation.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any reason, including abuse or violation of these terms.

10. Liability

The Service is provided “as-is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
